In today’s evolving world, the importance of fostering leadership and personal development in young boys and men cannot be overstated. Society’s future hinges on the ability of young men to step up as effective leaders who understand their value and can positively influence the communities they are part of.
The 2nd edition of the Men should lead summit scheduled for April 26th 2025, aims to address this need by providing young boys and men with the tools and mindset to become confident, impactful leaders. The theme “The man on the Arena: Show Your Worth” reflects the core objective: before one can show their worth to others, they must first understand who they are, their identity, and how their values and actions contribute to society.

“The Man on the Arena” is a metaphor for stepping into life’s challenges, wherever you find yourself. It’s about taking responsibility for your role, embracing the struggles and victories of being in the spotlight, and committing to continuous learning and growth
